Documents Required for Transfer of Ownership Documents required for the transfer of Ownership of the vehicle if it was purchased by someone: Form 29 Form 30 Along with Form 29 and Form 30, Form 1 and 2 are also required. The documents that need to be submitted under Form 1 and 2 are: Form 1 RC Of the Vehicle. Insurance Certificate of the vehicle A certificate which verifies that the pollution is under control Copy of PAN card of the vehicle owner Imprint of chassis and engine pencil Document that acts as the address proof of the vehicle owner: RC Book of the vehicle Undertaking of the buyer Passport size photographs A certificate that states that the taxes/challans levied on the vehicle has already been cleared. Form 2 The owner must submit NOC which has been acquired from the financier. If the vehicle owner hasn't received the NOC, then they must provide the proof for not having received the NOC by submitting the following documents: A receipt from the concerned authority. Receipt from the Post Office where the NOC Application has been submitted.
